Jay founded Transreport in 2015 to address structural gaps in assisted travel coordination across rail networks.

Today, Transreport operates as a core operational platform embedded within safety-critical rail environments across Great Britain and Japan, supported by dedicated teams spanning rail operations, engineering, implementation and operator support.

The company remains focused on strengthening reliability, accountability and accessibility in assisted travel delivery at scale.
